Barbie Couture: the Galleria Cavour exhibit extended until January 10, 2027
With over 15,000 visitors, the exhibition "Barbie Couture", hosted at Galleria Cavour in Bologna, extends its run until January 10, 2027. The exhibition offers a journey through the relationship between Barbie, fashion, and culture, featuring dresses, accessories, original creations, and unique pieces never exhibited before.
The journey tells how the famous doll has accompanied changes in society and fashion, becoming a reference in the collective imagination that engages different generations.
Adjacent to the exhibition, guided tours for adults “Small Masterpieces for Collections”, dedicated to special editions and their connection to high fashion, and activities for children and families continue: workshops to create and dress paper dolls, narrative games, and paths through riddles and clues. In December, holiday-themed workshops are also planned.
The next appointments take place on November 7, 8, and 21 and December 12 and 13, 2026, with activities distributed between morning and afternoon.
Promoted and supported by Gioia Martini, owner of Galleria Cavour, the exhibition features artistic direction by Gaetano La Mantia, curation by Alessandra Lepri, and the participation of collector Paola Felli.
