Events Submitting Policy

LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE I SEGUENTI CRITERI CHE DEVONO ESSERE SODDISFATTI PER INCLUDERE UN EVENTO SUL SITO INBOLOGNA.IT

inBologna.it is designed to inform the public about upcoming artistic events; it does not provide information on artistic groups that do not offer events for the general public.

The submission of the Event on our sites is done free of charge.

Events must be related to the Arts and fall into one of the following categories: Dance, Film and Video, Literature, Music, Theater, Museum, Art Gallery, Special Events, Festivals, and Children's Events.
The artistic event, hereafter referred to as the Event, must be of interest and open to the public, meaning that anyone can participate. Generally, events such as lectures, artists' workshops, or fundraising events for charity are not accepted for publication. Similarly, we reserve the right to publish events that take place only online.
Please note that if a primary arts Event has ancillary events (such as classes or workshops related to an exhibition in a Museum), reference will be made to the primary event's website for further information. If an Event is a co-production, it will be published only once under the name of the Event.
In the case of providing information very early about an Event, which may not always be complete with the final program or ticket prices, etc., these will be published anyway with your commitment to provide us with this information later, as soon as possible, to promptly update any news already published. However, if the information is incomplete, inBologna.it reserves the right to request further information before publishing.

Event descriptions must be concise, and in any case, inBologna.it reserves the right to modify the material that is submitted.
If you find a factual error on the site, please let us know and it will be corrected as soon as possible. Otherwise, once the information is put online, it is considered definitive (except for events with no certain date and unforeseen changes, which will be corrected by notifying you that we have received the information regarding the error).

Since the database of inBologna.it has a complex and specific structure, we reserve the right to decide the order of publication. That said, in general, event listings are divided into categories based on how likely it is for the public to consult and search for events.
Since inBologna.it wants to promote primarily non-profit artistic activities, priority will be given to these events.

inBologna.it reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the inclusion on the site.

We at inBologna.it aspire to attract the largest number of people to the greatest number of artistic events possible. We look forward to working with the artistic community to make our website and publication dynamic and effective. If you have questions or need further information, please contact us via the contact form.
