OPIFICIO GOLINELLI
It is the citadel for knowledge and culture, on 9000 square meters, where the activities of the Golinelli Foundation are carried out in Bologna in 1988 by the will of Marino Golinelli, entrepreneur and philanthropist, with the aim of promoting education and training, spreading culture, fostering the intellectual cultural and ethical growth of young people. The only Italian example of a private and operative foundation inspired by the model of the great American foundations.
GOLINELLI ARTS AND SCIENCES CENTER
Adjacent to the Opificio stands the Center designed by Mario Cucinella Architects: a large parallelepiped of about 700 square meters by 8 meters in height, to give the city of Bologna a new public space for exhibitions, exhibitions, concerts, interactive paths and initiatives optics to offer scientific dissemination, art and innovation
