PALAZZO PEPOLI MUSEUM OF THE HISTORY OF BOLOGNA
The ancient palace of the Pepoli family, present in Bologna since the fourteenth century, now houses a museum that tells the story of Felsina / Bologna and the evolution of the city and its people over the centuries or more precisely of the last 2500 years.
It does so with innovative and multimedia methods, starting from the Etruscan era, passing through the Roman age and proposing also little concisely split of the Bolognese arts and excellences.
With its own coffee shop and a shop, the Museum of the History of Bologna welcomes, in addition to the museum area, also important temporary exhibitions in the context of the many initiatives of great cultural importance of the Genus Bononiae circuit, a body that belongs to the Foundation CARISBO.
